The International Scientific Workshop Conference titiled "Kanysh Satbayev and Earth Sciences", dedicated to the 125th anniversary of Kanysh Imantaevich Satbayev, the great scientist, the founder and the first President of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan (NAS), academician and founder of the Institute of Geological Sciences (IGN) will take place in Almaty on 12th-13th April 2024.
Venue: 69/94, Kabanbai Batyr St. (intersection with Valikhanov St.), the Almaty city.
Aim: discussions of contemporary research results and the issues of the RK mineral resource base replenishment and expansion.

Volume: abstracts (max 300 words), reports (5 pages).

A4, portrait, no page numbering; Times New Roman 12 pt, single line spacing.
-
2 cm for upper, lower, right margins, 3 cm for left margin, 1.25 for paragraph indent, width alignment.
-
The report title in capital letters (bold), central alignment.
-
Full name of authors, place of work, contact details: in italics, one interval after the report title.
-
Abstracts in Kazakh/Russian/English are to be separated by two-space indentation, the body text with one spacing. Illustrations are to be inserted upon occurrence and to be duplicated in a separate CorelDraw file.

Participation in the Conference is free of charge. The Organizing Committee reviews and selects papers to form the Scientific and Technical Programme (“the Programme”) and the Conference Proceedings. The conference participants are authors, and their reports are included in the conference programme to be made available to all applicants with the issuance of the 2nd information letter.
